What Is Metabolic Disorder?

Metabolic Disorder is defined by WHO as a combination of diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and foamy urine. Also known as Metabolic Syndrome X, it puts you at a higher risk of getting premature ageing, heart disease, stroke and kidney failure.  Emotional eating, excess medication, frequent alcohol, gluten intolerance, dysbiosis and lack of exercise are common triggers for Metabolic Disorder.
Metabolic Syndrome affects fertility in men.  Women experience interrupted menstrual cycle and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
